In an effort to create awareness about preparing innovative, cost effective millet products among industrial caterers, The Karnataka State Department of Agriculture(KSDA), Government of Karnataka (GoK) in association with the The Nutrition and Nutraceutical Research Centre(NNRC), Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences (RUAS) and International Crops Research Institute for Semi-Arid Tropics is organizing a one day workshop on Introducing Millets-Smart Food into Industrial Canteen Menus on Saturday, 15th December 2018 at Faculty of Hospitality Management and Catering Technology, Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences that will amalgamate industrial caterers from across Bangalore.

The workshop will include technical sessions and culinary demonstrations on millet products by culinary experts from 10 AM to 4.30 PM .
