Refund & Cancellation

1. There is no cancellation option for the end users after fees payment is made. No chargeback or no refund will be permitted for fees paid through online payment system. In case of any multiple payment, end user has to approach the KAPPEC – Karnataka Agricultural produce processing and export corporation, Bengaluru at kappec1996@gmail.com with proof of excess payment, transaction reference no., bank statement etc. for suitable action by KAPPEC.

2. Transaction charges paid by the user is not refundable even in case of duplicate or excess payment. IMPORTANT: By submitting a payment through the online-payments site you are agreeing to these terms and conditions including any updated changes in terms and conditions from time to time through our website.

3. M/s Herowiin Technologies Private Limited is the platform enabler and authorised collection partner only and is not liable for any refunds or chargeback for the online payment transactions made for Millets & organics International trade Fair 2025 through the website https://organics-milltes.in and its subdomians sites.

4. The 50% discount applicable for women entrepreneurs will be invalid if the uploaded relevant document proof is found wrong or irrelevant during review of the exhibitors profile and respective booking will be cancelled and the booking Amount paid will not be refunded.

5.The registrants or exhibitors who book the stalls will have to showcase only millet based products or items in the exhibition stall in Millets and organics International Trade Fair 2025. After booking the stall, during the review if the exhibitor profile and products / items is found wrong as mentioned above or irrelevant to millets , stall booked will be cancelled and no refund will be provided for the booking amount paid .
